Job Responsibilities

Interns will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set. The assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department, and allow the intern to provide valuable contributions.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Tracking wholesale and retail objectives
  • Tracking and delivering customer satisfaction metrics
  • Vehicle allocation and ordering logistics
  • Building new reporting structures
  • Performing website and search engine marketing audits
  • Performing mystery shops, delivering results to dealers, and tracking improvements
  • Planning and marketing educational summits
  • Delivering dealer digital assessments and recommendations
  • Tracking digital campaign enrollment and delivering rankings to grow participation
  • Tracking digital KPIs and campaign performance

Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, candidates must:

  • Pursue an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Majoring in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
