Position Overview

Compensation: Starting wage $20.73 per hour

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Gaming Revenue Compliance Auditor is responsible for conducting thorough audits of various gaming operations, including Bingo, Electronic Gaming Devices (EGDs), Card Room activities, Casino Cage transactions, and Food and Beverage documentation. The primary goal is to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of all gaming revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Execute revenue audit procedures for cage and vault documentation, ensuring reconciliation of transactions with original source materials.
  2. Conduct revenue audits for table games such as Blackjack, Pai Gow, and Poker, focusing on the review and reconciliation of game fills, credits, and transaction records.
  3. Generate and analyze daily statistical reports for all table games to support operational efficiency.
  4. Perform revenue audits for Bingo and Pull Tab operations, including detailed examination of paper transactions.
  5. Create comprehensive reports for management review regarding Bingo and Pull Tab revenue.
  6. Oversee revenue audit functions related to food and beverage services, including participation in monthly inventory assessments.
  7. Conduct revenue audits for retail operations, ensuring accuracy during monthly inventory checks.
  8. Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases to support financial reporting.
  9. Assist with additional departmental income audits as required.
  10. Prepare exception reports highlighting any discrepancies or violations identified during audits.
  11. Carry out general office and accounting tasks as assigned by the Audit Manager.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
  13. Perform other job-related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in accounting or data entry. A solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in computer data entry is essential. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
