Job Description
As a Post-Doctoral Resident at Deer Oaks, you will be part of a team that delivers clinically effective psychological and psychiatric services, significantly improving the overall health, well-being, and clinical outcomes of residents. Your work will include diagnostic assessments, individual, group, and family psychotherapy, psychological testing, and more. You will be based in Austin, TX, and have access to a wide range of training locations. You will be responsible for adhering to the APA Code of Ethics and state regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program, completed internship experience, provisional licensure as a psychologist in Texas, and a successful background check. You should also have strong communication skills, excellent verbal and written abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits outlined above.
