Job Summary:

Retail Sales Associate needed to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience. Key responsibilities include accurately scanning and ringing up customer purchases, providing change, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately scan and ring up customer purchases using POS register
  • Provide change to customers and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Replenish inventory and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Assist in the maintenance of general store cleanliness and implement Kinney Standard of Presentation (Merchandising)
  • React to potential shoplifters following company policy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts
  • Preferred: 0-1 years previous experience in a related position
  • Special Conditions of Employment: drug test, initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

Compensation:

$ an hour. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
