About the Role

OneStaff Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our travel team for a 13-week assignment in Kennewick, Washington. Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitative services to clients with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments. You will work closely with occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized rehabilitative services to clients with various impairments
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
