Mixology Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Issima Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all beverage and paper products are properly stocked and maintained.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Prepare and serve drinks in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, making recommendations to guests as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale systems and ability to accurately process transactions.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
