Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging and greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers, scanners, and self-checkout systems, to process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping the floor as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
