About the Role

BCTC is a premier career and technical education facility that provides high-quality technical education and career preparation to high school students from the Berks County area. As an Instructional Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and career development of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Support teachers and instructors in the delivery of technical education programs
  • Assist with student assessments and evaluations
  • Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Provide administrative support to the education team

Work Schedule

The full-time position (32.5 hours per week) is congruent with the school calendar (190 days). You will have summers off, no night or weekend work, and enjoy a great Monday through Friday work schedule (8:00 am to 3:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break).
