OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team in the long-term healthcare industry. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet our staffing demands. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to expand their skillset in Recruitment/HR. The ideal candidate will be local to the Irving area, with the ability to travel between our Dallas-Fort Worth facilities as needed.

  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to attract qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring candidates to hiring departments.
  • Manage and train employees on the applicant tracking system.
  • Build relationships with recruitment platforms and resources.
  • Utilize major job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Attend job fairs and build relationships with clinical leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
