This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a passion for travel, as you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues related to Mitsubishi Machining products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites to troubleshoot and repair technical challenges.
  • Conduct mechanical and electrical inspections of machinery.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting assistance via phone.
  • Analyze and interpret schematics and diagrams for effective problem-solving.
  • Document technical issues and their resolutions accurately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient understanding of mechanical drawings and wiring schematics.
  • Experience with CNC programming is preferred.
  • Competence in Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Electronics or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Skilled in electrical measurement and inspection methodologies.
  • Proficient in mechanical measurement and inspection techniques.

Work Environment:

This position involves indoor work with exposure to varying weather conditions. The noise level may range from moderate to loud, and overtime may be necessary. A valid driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements:

The role necessitates frequent bending, twisting, standing, lifting, and carrying. Visual and color acuity are crucial for effective performance.
