Sleep Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sleep Expert to join our team at Mattress Firm. As a Sleep Expert, you will be responsible for creating a life-changing in-store experience for our customers, helping them build the perfect sleep sanctuary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers, serving as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Stay aware of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage company resources to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
