As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Synerfac, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications, ensuring that they meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Monitor production operations to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Remove products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
  • Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests.
  • Perform in-depth inspections of products before signing off and approving them.
  • Test products to determine if they meet manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Communicate with production personnel to address quality issues.
  • Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
  • Perform calibration and validation of tools and equipment.
  • Train colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and quality control principles.
  • Previous experience as a quality inspector or in a related field.
  • IPC620/J-STD-001 certification is a plus.
