Job Summary: Quail Park is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Housekeeping Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our private residences.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property, including cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas, washing dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans, wiping and dusting surfaces in rooms, and cleaning mirrors.
  • Stocking and Laundry: Wash and stock all towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms, fold laundry, and put it away as needed.
  • Additional Tasks: Pick up and empty trash containers, load washer and dryer as needed, and notify maintenance if something is not working correctly.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Skills and Abilities: Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional, with the ability to read, write, and speak English, and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift, and pull.

Additional Information: Applicants must be able to pass a background check and TB testing.
