About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Infant Interventionist to join our team at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA). This part-time opportunity requires approximately 10-15 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday from 2pm-7:30pm, with potential for additional hours on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide one-to-one developmentally based intensive intervention, education, and coaching to infants (0-3 yrs) with provisional diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental delays.
  2. Assist infants in developing the skills necessary to be integrated into school and other community settings.
  3. Collaborate with families to establish goals and develop strategies to support their child's development.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with children preferred.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for helping children and families.
  • Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
  • Willingness to drive to clients' homes and schools throughout Imperial county.
  • Must pass TB test and criminal background check.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off and vacation days, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
