Allina Health is seeking a Family Medicine Provider to join their busy practice in Cambridge. As a Primary Care Physician, you will work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct internal medicine patient care to individuals eighteen years and older
- Work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being
- Practice in a thoughtful manner, considering cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team approach to case management
- Utilize quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
- BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
- ACLS-BLS Tier 2 - Multisource required within 180 Days
- Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
