Job Summary

KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Supervisor (Micro) to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our microbiology laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of laboratory technicians and scientists
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
  • ASCP certification (American Society for Clinical Pathology)
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting
