Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Beeline Newport. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of drinks menus, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Upsell and promote drinks and other menu items to customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
  • Knowledge of drinks menus, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
