Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Performance Food Group. As the first point of contact for our associates and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming presence to our associates and visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as facilitate catering deliveries and setup
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, and administer overnight shipments and incoming deliveries
  • Support the creation of associates badges and vehicle parking placards, and maintain a clean and organized lobby and common areas
  • Work on special projects as assigned and assist other departments as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 6+ months of receptionist, administrative support, or customer-service related experience
  • Ability to lift 25lbs without assistance
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment
