Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member at Pizza Venture of San Antonio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide positive and professional interactions with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, take orders, and cook food to Papa John's standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, check, and credit card transactions.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Availability: Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.
  • Flexibility: Must have a reasonable degree of schedule flexibility.
  • Driver's License: If cross-trained as a delivery driver, must have a valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory vehicle.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to use hands repetitively, stand for prolonged periods, walk, grasp firmly/strongly and simply/lightly with hands, and use fine finger dexterity. The team member is frequently required to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, push and/or pull, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to work outdoors in various temperatures, in a noisy environment, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals.
