We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at The Coca-Cola Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve day-to-day technical issues on production lines, ensuring equipment and machinery comply with production procedures and process specifications.
- Repair and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure reliable operation and adherence to process specifications.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records to identify and address recurring issues.
- Prepare diagrams, drawings, charts, calculations, and reports to define reliability problems and recommend solutions.
- Manage reliability data, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), work order failure code analysis, maintenance of asset hierarchy, bills of materials, and technical library maintenance.
- Advise, train, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
- Manage and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
- Facilitate Equipment Criticality strategy formulation and ranking sessions. Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Ensure correct application of Predictive Maintenance technologies on manufacturing assets.
- Develop and implement changes to equipment maintenance plans based on failure modes, historical data, reliability principles, and best practices.
- Work with equipment manufacturers for factory and site acceptance testing.
- Develop short- and long-term plans to mitigate equipment failures.
- Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing maintenance is required.
- At least 3 years of equipment reliability experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Wiring, Mechanical/Electrical Devices, Circuits, Robotics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and computer-controlled systems.
- Mechanical/Electrical experience in maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment.
- Experience with the organization and implementation of Maintenance Planning tools.
- Experience in an ISO or documented environment.
- Familiarity with performance management metrics for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
- Proficiency with computer-driven maintenance and planning software.
- Ability to use analysis tools to improve equipment reliability.
