Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Avionic Technician for a contract opportunity. This role requires a dedicated professional to work on various aspects of avionics and systems checks for aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a range of tasks related to avionics, mechanical, and electromechanical systems for aircraft readiness.
- Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions to perform duties effectively.
- Operate necessary equipment, conduct tests, and compile data in the required format.
- Conduct avionics assessments, wire routing, and system evaluations on fighter aircraft prior to delivery.
- Implement adjustments, modifications, and replacements as needed, and prepare required compounds and solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in avionics, specifically with fighter aircraft, preferably F-16s.
- Experience working on the flight line is essential.

Educational Background:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with a 4/10 work schedule.
- Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
