Job Overview

Prudential Financial is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Manager, Application Management for Learning and Talent Marketplace. This role will be responsible for the technical administration of Prudential's Learning & Development and Talent Marketplace processes, working closely with the HR Process Consulting and Global Technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that support plan requirements, align with regulations, and provide an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global HR Support model for Learning & Development and Talent Marketplace business process application management, partnering with key stakeholders to support, troubleshoot, and implement global solutions across multiple ecosystems.
  • Drive thought ideation and creative solutioning to enhance the user experience and administration of business processes related to Learning, Development, and Talent Marketplace.
  • Champion continuous process improvement and simplification, identifying and implementing opportunities that yield operational efficiencies and/or improve member experience.
  • Lead and assist with business analysis efforts for multiple projects and implementations, including collecting and documenting business requirements, analyzing impacts and interdependencies of systems/configurations, and providing quality review of functional specifications.
  • Provide analytical support to key stakeholders, including reports, metrics, ad hoc analyses, and presentations.
  • Identify, implement, and enforce key controls within the business process.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to the Process Consulting team while being an ongoing advocate for business needs.
  • Partner with the internal operations team that manages system integration files, providing business requirements and requisite subject matter expertise.
  • Prioritize and reassess the work queue regularly to ensure critical objectives are the primary focus of delivery partners.
  • Address/resolve production issues and related recovery efforts.
Requirements
  • Experience with configuration and change management within Workday modules for Learning & Development.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Learning & Development and Talent Marketplace business processes.
  • Strong business analyst skills and the demonstrated ability to use data insights to drive process improvements, particularly related to systems.
  • Critical and creative thinking, with the ability to think broadly and make connections across multiple programs, processes, systems, and domains.
  • Relentless focus on operational excellence, process simplification, and a positive member experience.
  • Positive relationship management mindset that demonstrates collaborative skills working with both internal and external partners.
