The Athletic Trainer position at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare reflects our organization's mission, vision, and values, adhering to our Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program. This role is a licensed athletic trainer who complies with the Code of Ethics/Standards of Practice as outlined by their professional organization and the State of Illinois.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, teaching, and participation on committees and departmental process improvement.
- Serve as a role model for all therapists and clinical interns in professional, clinical, communication, education, and leadership activities.
This is a Full-Time position at 40 hours per week, covering sports at Wheaton North High School (approximately 32 hours/week) and working in a physician clinic (approximately 8 hours/week). The position is consistent with the high school sports schedule and entitled to evening and weekend shift differentials as well as overtime pay for any hour past 40 in a week.
