Winter Janitor

The Bogus Basin Recreational Association is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Winter Food & Beverage Janitor to join our team. As a key member of our lodge operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests during the winter operational season.

• Maintain a neat and clean condition of all assigned areas, including but not limited to, picking up trash, emptying garbage containers, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
• Clear walkways, steps, decks, and doorways of snow and ice.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward guests and staff.
• Promote safety by following safe practices and reporting any unsafe conditions or situations.
• Assist guests with any questions or problems that they may have, if unable to provide assistance, seek help of supervisor and/or manager.

• Passionate about the Bogus Basin Mission.
• Ability to perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner, with or without supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Employee is frequently required to stand, balance, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
• Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• The employee must occasionally lift, move, and/or support up to 35 lbs.
• Manual dexterity to perform basic janitorial functions such as stocking and cleaning.
• Ability to work mid-October through mid-May.

• Restaurant environment, both indoors and outdoors.
• May be exposed to inclement weather.
