Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM


Role Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Engage in various manufacturing activities to produce medical diagnostic products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Cross-train in multiple work areas to enhance your skill set.
  • Follow 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles along with ISO standards.

What You Will Do:

In this position, you will:

  • Interpret manufacturing and quality control documents, technical procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Operate a range of machinery, including setup, operation, cleanup, changeover, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
  • Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Collaborate with team members, requiring strong communication skills.
  • Provide training to fellow employees on production processes.

Qualifications for Success:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial, but we are open to training motivated candidates.
  • The ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing various physical tasks.
  • Specific vision abilities including close vision, color perception, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
