Role Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will:
- Engage in various manufacturing activities to produce medical diagnostic products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Cross-train in multiple work areas to enhance your skill set.
- Follow 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles along with ISO standards.
What You Will Do:
In this position, you will:
- Interpret manufacturing and quality control documents, technical procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Operate a range of machinery, including setup, operation, cleanup, changeover, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Collaborate with team members, requiring strong communication skills.
- Provide training to fellow employees on production processes.
Qualifications for Success:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial, but we are open to training motivated candidates.
- The ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing various physical tasks.
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, color perception, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
