Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our Participant Services team at Charles Schwab. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through a comprehensive suite of services. You will work closely with our training team to develop your skills and knowledge, becoming a subject matter expert on our retirement products and services. Your daily interactions will be through inbound phone calls with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans, where you will provide guidance and solutions, as well as long-term investing options.

About the Team: Our Participant Services team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through a comprehensive suite of services. We work closely with our training team to develop our skills and knowledge, becoming subject matter experts on our retirement products and services. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building trust and rapport through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: Provide personalized guidance and solutions to clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions
Work closely with our training team to develop your skills and knowledge
Become a subject matter expert on our retirement products and services
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, building trust and rapport through effective communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Background in finance or a related field (not required)
