Work Schedule: PRN as needed, including rotating weekends and availability for some holidays.

Department Overview:

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a food service or relevant customer service role.

  • Food Handlers Certificate required within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Utilize basic dietary training to assist patients in selecting appropriate menu options.
  • Execute necessary office tasks efficiently, including report generation, requisition processing, and menu entry.
  • Adhere to food safety protocols in compliance with HACCP and departmental standards, maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Return to patient rooms promptly to collect used trays and confirm patient satisfaction.
  • Serve meals and prepare snacks accurately and timely, following established procedures.
  • Comply with hygiene, patient identification, and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
