The Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team at the Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Edinburg in Edinburg, TX.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced nurse who can lead by example, prioritize resident care, and ensure the delivery of quality patient services. As an RN Charge Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care possible. About the Job:

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $63,500 - $83,300 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, administering medications, conducting rounds with physicians, and performing narcotic reconciliation. Additionally, they will be required to identify significant changes in resident condition, take necessary action, and communicate effectively with residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the nursing staff to ensure that residents receive quality care
  • Administer medications as prescribed
  • Conduct rounds with physicians and record visits in clinical records
  • Perform narcotic reconciliation
  • Identify significant changes in resident condition and take necessary action
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
