About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Staff member to join our team at SLP Operations, LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations, including staffing, supply ordering, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
