Mixologist

The Barn Cellar, LLC is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Cellar 75, located within The Barn Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests while serving food and drinks.

• Develop and implement drink menus that showcase our signature cocktails and wine selection.
• Market and sell all menu items, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
• Manage inventory and order supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations, as well as state liquor laws and regulations.
• Stock the work area with ice, drinks, glassware, and other supplies, ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Handle all transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Complete duties as assigned by supervisor, participating in company orientation and training.

• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and their methods of preparation.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
• Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to walk and stand during an entire shift, with the capacity to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• RAMP certification or willingness to obtain it, ensuring a safe and accessible work environment.
