Incredible Health is actively hiring Labor & Delivery Nurses (RNs) in the Delano, CA area.

We seek experienced nurses with a strong background in antepartum, birthing, gynecology, or pelvic exams. Shifts available include day, night, and mid shifts, with job types ranging from full-time to part-time and per diem.

Requirements include:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or a related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard medical equipment pertinent to Labor & Delivery

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, planning, and implementing care strategies for laboring mothers
  • Monitoring vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates, making timely interventions as necessary
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, including epidurals and intravenous fluids
  • Providing emotional and educational support to patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process
  • Documenting and reporting patient status, changes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year
