Litigation Paralegal LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client's growing team.

Our client’s firm specializes in business planning, corporate law, and litigation, focusing on construction, real estate, and Orphans' Court matters.

Candidates must have 1 year of experience working as a Paralegal and the ability to work full-time during regular business hours.

This W2 contract-to-hire role is onsite in Murrysville, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating, organizing, and maintaining files, formatting documents, and preparing exhibits for depositions and hearings
  • Scheduling appointments, tracking deadlines, reviewing and tracking billable time, and performing general office duties
  • Conducting research on court dockets, land records, and business filings
  • Interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and court offices

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Clio is helpful
  • 1 year of recent experience supporting litigation attorneys in a US law firm and a Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years of recent experience supporting litigation attorneys in a US law firm
  • Demonstrated Proficiency with trial preparation, e-filing, and discovery documents is required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Competitive Pay Rate: $20-$35/hour
