Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cleaning Technician/Custodian to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Dust and polish furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
