Financial Analyst for Commercial Operations

The Financial Analyst for Commercial Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the division's growth strategies. This position will report directly to the Division Controller.
This role serves as the main connection between the finance department and commercial teams, fostering strong partnerships and gaining in-depth knowledge of the Sales team.
Additionally, collaboration with various cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Innovation, Operations, IT, and HR is essential for driving growth initiatives across multiple sites.
Revenue & Margin Forecasting:
Lead the revenue forecasting efforts to create both short-term and long-term projections for Monthly/Quarterly Outlooks, Annual Plans, and Long-range Plans for the Division utilizing existing tools and real-time customer demand data.
Revenue Analytics for Actionable Insights:
Conduct monthly and quarterly revenue analyses with insightful variance commentary.
Analyze revenue by various factors including OEM, Market, $/car, Product, Region, etc.
Sold Order Reporting:
Provide reports on sold orders for the Division.
Sold Order Audit:
Execute monthly audits of booked sold orders.
Quads & Quartiles:
Prepare and maintain reporting on Quad and Quartiles for the Division.
Segmentation Analysis:
Conduct strategic analyses to support appropriate revenue segmentation.
Price & Cost Tracking:
Monitor customer pricing and vendor pricing of raw materials for the Shakeproof Division, tracking changes and margins over time to provide recommendations during customer negotiations.
KPIs & Dashboards:
Develop and oversee Sales KPIs; implement dashboards for KPI reporting.
Assist the Division with ad-hoc sales margin reporting as required.
Engage in ITW Toolbox Initiatives within the business.
