We are currently looking for a driven Senior Hydrogeology Specialist to become part of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the technical components of hydrogeological projects. You will work closely with project managers to assess costs, devise technical strategies for groundwater systems, and provide leadership on multi-disciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical implementation of hydrogeological elements of projects
- Assess project costs and advise on technical methodologies
- Formulate technical strategies for comprehensive hydrologic characterization of groundwater systems
- Deliver project and technical guidance on complex initiatives
- Apply technical methods for numerical assessments of groundwater systems
- Guide and develop team members in the field of hydrogeology
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hydrogeology or Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in hydrogeological assessments
- Field experience, including aquifer testing and groundwater modeling
- Prior experience in providing project leadership on multi-disciplinary initiatives
Desirable Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Hydrogeology or Engineering
- Experience in deep bedrock environments
- Previous work with a technical consulting organization
