Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Process Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical oversight of initiatives related to quality improvement and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform polymer quality assurance testing on finished products and raw materials, including analytical measurements.
- Develop product specifications and analytical methods.
- Lead efforts to develop new products for industry.
- Support in-house investigation of customer complaints and issues.
- Participate in the development of sampling and testing techniques.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Material Science.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial setting with a focus on chemical or polymer quality or research and development.
- Self-starter with ability to provide independent overview of Quality and Testing practices.
- Ability to develop and deliver new products.
- Working knowledge of Mini Tab, SPSS, or similar.
