Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Knowhirematch is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with corporate engineering to develop and implement plant-wide maintenance strategies.
  • Assist in the development of annual maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and training to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supervising technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in Maximo, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment.
