Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Olmsted Medical Center-MAIN. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identifying health status and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and communication.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the role and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Previous clinic experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.
