Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Pract Transport professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. A strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction is essential.

  • Provide respiratory care services to patients of all ages, from neonates to adults.
  • Operate and maintain various medical equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.

To be successful in this role, you must have a solid foundation in respiratory care principles and practices, as well as excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP)
  • Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
  • State Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt within 60 months of employment start date
  • STABLE within 60 months of employment start date
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 60 months of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
