We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of parts and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Administer safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building trades, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience with lock-out/tag-out procedures and machine guarding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming and Atlas Copco Torque equipment.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc Robotics and AutoCAD software.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
