In-Process Quality Assurance Technician

Jinko Solar U.S. Industries Inc. is seeking a highly skilled In-Process Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Collect, collate, and manage quality management system documents, technical documents, and other related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document Control: Number, distribute, recover, and obsolete controlled documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document Evaluation: Regularly inspect and evaluate documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and are suitable for use.
- Assistance to Module Division: Assist the Module Division in measuring instruments and prepare regular inspection reports.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other matters assigned by superiors and perform daily audits of the production floor to raise awareness of any quality issues.
- Technical Skills: Heavy use of Excel and Microsoft Office products is required, with previous experience in Excel being a must.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear.
- The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color and close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED minimum.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality, manufacturing, or other related fields is required.
- Skills: Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment, solid work ethic, good attendance and punctuality, ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds and stand for a twelve-hour work shift, ability to handle daily physical workload, lift and move parts and work with machinery, ability to work under pressure, and experienced in production safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and report writing.
- Preferred Qualifications: 6+ months' relevant work experience in Manufacturing, Quality, etc.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, each of 12 hours, regardless of holidays and weekends.
- Ability to learn how to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
