Job Title: Database Supervisor

Leach Lake Gaming is seeking a highly skilled Database Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our player tracking database, developing and implementing direct mail campaigns, and analyzing marketing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our player tracking database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement direct mail campaigns to increase revenue and promote our casino.
  • Analyze marketing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Provide training and support to marketing staff on database analysis and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management and marketing.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of player development and experience with player tracking systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and a strong computer background.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state, and work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED), and a minimum of five (5) years database management experience, two (2) years casino marketing experience, and one (1) year supervisory or lead worker experience.
