Key Responsibilities

1. Assess patients' physical capabilities and formulate tailored treatment plans.

3. Provide education to patients and their families regarding home management techniques and exercises.

4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) License

• BLS Certifications

• Minimum of two years of recent experience in physical therapy

• Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
