Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering-related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in sheet metal construction (non-residential) is required.
  • Familiarity with computerized estimating software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents.
  • Proficiency in various computer applications.
  • Must successfully pass background and drug screenings.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
