Critical Care Medicine

Midland Memorial Hospital is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Critical Care Physician to enhance our Premier Family Care I, Inc (Premier) team. Our organization is dedicated to serving the Permian Basin and its neighboring communities, catering to a population of approximately 450,000 residents. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative physician to integrate into our group of 45 multidisciplinary physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Qualifications Required:

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Possession of an unrestricted Texas Medical License or eligibility for licensure in Texas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, with 12-hour shifts
  • Infrequent night call responsibilities
  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of Hospitalist experience
  • Proficient in all ICU procedures
  • Open ICU setting
  • Experience with Cerner Hospital EMR

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary aligned with 60-75% of MGMA benchmarks based on experience
