Job Title: Part Time Registered Nurse

Baystate Health, a leading healthcare organization in western Massachusetts, is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse to join our Central Staffing Office (CSO) Flex Team.

About the Role

The CSO Flex Team provides supplemental staffing resources to nursing units hospital-wide, offering flexibility and variety for nurses to work in different areas of the hospital. As a Part Time Registered Nurse on this team, you will have the opportunity to work in various nursing units, including surgical, medical, critical care, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of nursing units
  • Work collaboratively with the CSO team to ensure seamless staffing and patient care
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, with the last 12 months working in the area of specialty
  • Ability to float to multiple areas and be flexible with scheduling
