Join Our Team as an HVAC Installer and Technician Trainee

At R.T. Moore, we are seeking both entry-level and seasoned HVAC Technicians and Installers to become part of our dedicated team.

We are in search of Installers who can competently install residential and commercial systems on remodeling or new construction projects. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to deliver high-quality workmanship and professionalism.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by embodying the core values of R.T. Moore.
  • Proficiently install or replace heating and air conditioning systems (residential, multi-family, new builds, renovations).
  • Capable of replacing ductwork in homes and buildings, as well as installing new duct systems.
  • Familiarity with HVAC regulations and codes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to promptly address and resolve issues, adhering to established policies and procedures. Be a supportive team member.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in HVAC installation is preferred, but we welcome those eager to learn.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Capacity to manage stress and perform effectively under pressure.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
On-site
