About the Role

As a Pre-Bid Specialist with Gottstein Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for our projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, with a focus on mechanical and metal fabrications. Key responsibilities include visiting job sites, attending pre-bid meetings, identifying labor and material requirements, computing costs, and resolving discrepancies.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have:
  • 5 years minimum estimating experience in general construction, mechanical, and metal fabrications.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Our salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
