Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Surgical Trauma Ortho Full Time to join our team. As a member of our surgical trauma unit, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide individualized care that meets their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines as needed.
  • Render individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
  • Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
  • May be asked to supervise other members of the healthcare team and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR certification.
  • BSN preferred, but not required.
  • At least 1 year of acute care experience, or new graduate with potential for growth and development.
