Catering for the Elite

As an Airline Catering Professional at Bon Voyage Catering, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our elite clientele while traveling. We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused individual to join our catering team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be able to develop a rapport with clients. Multitasking is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for monitoring email, answering phone inquiries, and acting as a liaison between clients and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about our services and develop a knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Develop and maintain a rapport with clients
  • Act as a liaison between client and kitchen staff
  • Monitor email and answer phone inquiries
  • Attention to detail is a must as most of our orders are "custom"

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to develop a rapport with clients
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
  • Foodie type knowledge is a plus
  • Aviation knowledge is a plus
